Woops, I woke up late. Only time to eat breakfast and do one of my three routines.
I poured myself a bowl of Special K, and had two pieces for wheat toast with skim milk.
Day 1 of One Hundred Push Up challenge, has me in the second column. I did the first 7 push ups and was feeling okay, then did the next 7 after a 60 second rest, my arms are starting to burn. I have to push myself to do the next 5 push ups, I don’t think I can do the next 4, I am feeling really bad about myself at this point. The last set is Max (up to 5 push ups), no way was I even getting 2 done at this point, but I surprised myself and hammered out 7. Now I am feeling good but have to go to work.
I will run after work and shovelglove as well. I am running with the UllReys Couch to 5k Podcasts , I will give an update after work.
I wouldn’t feel bad about yourself. You have to start somewhere, and it looks like you are taking the initiative. I really want to train with you for the 5k. Perhaps we can run on a day when I don’t have Makayla.
